These photos are from our stay in the Anchorage area and the Kenai Peninsula.

The Kenai Penisula is separated from Anchorage by a section of the Cook Inlet called the Turnigan Arm. Anchorage gave us a taste of Alaska big city life, allowing us to grocery shop and do laundry. The Kenai Penisula is a wonderland of mountains, rivers, lakes, seacoasts and marine wildlife. Oh, and lots of Bald Eagles.

Anchorage is known as "The City of Flowers".
