We're in our fourth week of quarantine. So far we're doing okay, and we're not aware of any of our friends coming down sick either. But we are taking this very seriously and limiting our contacts pretty aggressively. 

We stay in touch through phone calls and Zoom and chatting with neighbors from a safe distance. We also get out for walks everyday. And outside, Spring is occurring without reservation. 



















































This is a Pyrrhuloxia (AKA Desert Cardinal) - easily the most colorful of all desert birds - They live mainly in Mexico, but range into the deserts of New Mexico and SW Texas.
