In our last post we shared photos from our drive across Canada as far as Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. This post documents our last two days in the Yukon and our first week in Alaska. The scenery in the Yukon is unbelievably beautiful. We arrived in Fairbanks, Alaska a little earlier than planned, so we have had time to explore the city and its surroundings before continuing on to Denali National park.
