Two weeks ago, the forecast temperatures for Las Cruces were around 108 for the coming week. So we ran back up into the mountains where the forecast was for highs around 85. We had a very nice week, in a campground that we had never visited before, and returned to temperatures that were more tolerable at home.
It looks like our summer is going to be made up of short visits to the mountains every other week or so. Not too bad, really, for a Quarantine.
